Courtyard of Christ Light Ministry

Come as you are. Leave full of light.

A Christ-centred family in the heart of the city — where honest questions are welcome, every seat is yours, and nobody worships alone.

Welcome home

Welcome to Courtyard of Christ Light

We are an open courtyard before we are a building — a place where the searching, the steady and the starting-over gather under the same light. Whether this is your first Sunday or your five-hundredth, you belong here.

the light is on for you

Who we are

A Christ-centred community for worship & growth

Courtyard of Christ Light Ministry began with eleven people in a living room and a conviction that grace should be easier to find. Today we gather in our thousands, and that conviction has not changed.

We teach the Bible plainly, worship without pretence, and take responsibility for the city we live in. Come with your doubts intact — you will not be asked to perform.

Our Mission

To carry the light of Christ into every corner of our city through worship, discipleship and practical love.

Our Vision

A generation that knows God personally, serves people generously, and leaves the world softer than it found it.

Our Values

Honesty over polish. Presence over performance. Belonging before believing. Service before status.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still unsure about something? Ask us anything — we would genuinely rather you asked.

Arrive a few minutes early and a host will meet you at the door, show you where the children's rooms are, and find you a seat. Services run about ninety minutes: worship, a Bible teaching, and time to pray if you would like it. Nobody will single you out.

Whatever you own. You will see people in agbada, in jeans, in suits and in trainers on the same row. Come comfortable.

Yes — age-graded rooms for ages 0 to 12 run during both Sunday services, staffed by background-checked volunteers. Check-in opens twenty minutes before each service.

No. Giving is an act of worship for those who call this church home, never an entry fee. Guests are warmly invited to let the offering pass by.

Stay for coffee after the service and find the Welcome Desk, or join a Life Group — they meet midweek in homes across the city and are the single best way to belong quickly.
